Tarts galore

I had intended on making lemon meringue tarts for the longest time ever, and i finally did. but they turned out so beautiful and delicious i couldnt help but make more.

and more.

and yes you guessed it, more tarts.

guess this kinda explains the title huh? yummy, bite sized desserts that are perfect for any parties or functions; get ready to indulge ;)

Lemon meringue tarts, filled with lemon curd and topped with some meringue before being baked til golden brown. so imperfectly perfect :)
and as i said, i couldnt resist. i had to fill them with a rich chocolatey mixture and bake them just to see how they would turn out. (and taste.) they didnt disappoint ;)
do not have the misconception that theyre merely filled with melted chocolate, its a far cry from that haha but it does have that rich chocolatey flavour that blends well with the tart, topped with some whipped cream and chocolate shavings :)
once again, i think you should know me by now. it didnt stop and it doesnt stop here either. i decided to make strawberry tarts. oo glorious strawberry tarts ;)
okay i am going to stop talking and let you guys indulge in the photos. if not, the tarts themselves if you have one of them in front of you ;) the above, is a cheesecake tart. bite sized cheesecakes, wh-at?
strawberry cheesecake tarts, self explanatory ;)
but of course, lemon cheesecake. i do realise these look a little like eggs benedict hah, but lets just say i adore both just as much. and i do love eggs benedict a. lot. and i mean a whole lot.

perfect desserts for functions, no kid. not to mention the fact that they look cute, and taste good. think im gnna devour a few now, til the next time! :)
